Online Psychotherapy for

SELF-DISCOVERY

Online therapy for internationally minded professionals

You may have achieved your parents’ and grandparents’ wildest dreams, but feel there’s something missing.

Outwardly, you show few signs that things are wrong; internally, there is an increasing disconnect between your public self and your inner life. The pressure to excel is relentless and you never feel fully at rest or at home.

You may have searched for answers for years and reached emotional, spiritual or physical exhaustion.

I help high-achieving adults overcome difficulties
rooted in growing up between cultures

Do you struggle with authenticity, relationship satisfaction,
anxiety, burnout or perfectionism?

Therapy is an opportunity to explore who you are beneath the pressure to excel, adapt, and hold everything together. It is an invitation to discover who you are when you no longer need to perform, self-sacrifice, or manage expectations. Together, we look at what it takes to live a rich and fulfilling life in a harsh and sometimes meaningless world.

ROSE QIAN (she/her)

MBACP; MA, Integrative Psychotherapy
and Counselling

I am interested in the long-term psychological impact of growing up across cultures and the emotional cost of success in achievement-oriented environments.

I am drawn to working with clients who seek to make sense of their lives through meaning, authenticity, and connection.

Is online therapy right for me?

If you are:

  • tired of holding everything together

  • feeling like something deeper is asking to be heard

  • losing sight of yourself after decades spent adapting to different cultures and expectations

  • finding that the patterns that helped you succeed are now keeping you awake at night

  • grappling with existential despair around death, isolation, and the search for meaning
