WORKING TOGETHER

It can feel strange to reach out when you’ve been the one who “has it together”

It's normal to feel hesitant, uncertain and conflicted. It's not unusual at this stage to wonder if you've failed or worry you will be judged.

Truth is, it takes courage and accountability to ask for help, admit vulnerability, and place trust in another.

There are paths to success beyond quiet suffering, stoic resilience, and emotional exhaustion. You do not need to have things figured out and there is no "right" reason to start.

Let's start with a conversation. When you're ready, get in touch for a free initial consultation - whatever time zone you're in.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

Shadows and leaves create a calm, peacef

Our first call is informal and conversational. I will want to learn your reasons for seeking therapy, and your expectations and hopes for treatment.

If you feel comfortable moving forward, we will talk about how best to work together. If we are not a match, I will always try to refer you to an experienced colleague.

The initial 20 minute consultation is free of charge, and is conducted by phone or teleconference.

WHAT TO EXPECT

During the initial consultation, we will agree on the frequency of sessions (usually weekly), and duration (time-limited or open-ended).

Sessions are $100 / £75 for 50 minutes and are conducted online (international card payments via Stripe incur a 3.6% fee). Should you need a lower cost slot, please feel free to inquire; I offer a limited number of lower cost slots to those who need them.

The first few sessions will focus on exploring your circumstances, background and clinical history so we can align on a treatment plan. I work collaboratively, and will always ask for your feedback to ensure a successful outcome.

ABOUT ONLINE THERAPY

For people balancing demanding careers, family commitments, or regular travel, online therapy provides a flexible and regular touchpoint in familiar surroundings. Instead of logistics and scheduling, we focus on what matters most: the quality of attention, trust, and connection in the work.

Research shows online therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions, while being more accessible.

If you're considering online therapy, make sure you have access to a stable internet connection and a private, confidential space in which to work.
